My patients include teens, adults and senior citizens who are going through a difficult time and would like to be supported and/or start therapy.
Here are some non-exhaustive issues they might be facing:
  Teens:
Adults:
Senior citizens:

Sessions can take place either face-to-face or remotely (using Skype, FaceTime, Viber…), although I don’t do hypnosis online. They are usually one-on-one, but sometimes include a parent (minors), guardian or caregiver. They target people who want to address personal issues, dysfunctional thoughts, negative emotions, life events and/or develop deeper introspection and self-knowledge.
Individual sessions last between 45 to 50 minutes.

Couples therapy usually takes place at the practice, unless this is geographically impossible. They are for couples that are in crisis or have a longer-term deep-seated dissatisfaction they would like to work on.
This type of therapy is very useful to assess the current situation together, provide more clarity and insight and, when appropriate, initiate the changes that lead to better harmony in the couple.
          Sessions usually last an hour.

Some psychological disorders are fueled by dysfunctional family dynamics. It is sometimes more efficient to treat family members as a group to work for instance on communication, anger management and awareness of another person’s perspective. It’s a formative and healing process that constitutes a basis for healthier relationships.
These sessions always take place at the practice and usually last one hour.
